Shipping arrival time can vary due to natural weather changes and the latest COVID-19 sanitary precautions. Please be aware that these changes are not caused nor can be changed by Sew BriJewel. 

• Shipment process begins right after the purchase of product. 
• A tracking number will be sent to the provided contact number once shipped. 
• To avoid fraud, the shipping address must match the address of the credit or debit card used to purchase. If they do not match the product will not be sent out until corrected.
• Sew BriJewel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or late packages
• Shipment cant take up to 10 days after receiving tracking number. Please contact us if it has been longer than 10 days.
